I almost did it ... and still might

I stopped into a Verizon store on my way home from drawing class.  I touched a Galaxy Note II and saw the data speed and I was a goner.  Their  phone price is double Amazon's but Amazon's plan price is $20 a month higher than what Howard at the store will give me.  I *think* I can sign up with Amazon and then tweak the plan after the fact but I'm not sure enough to gamble just yet.  Meanwhile Howard is working on seeing if he can get me a better price on the phone.

Damn that  phone is nice.  And damn that data speed is beautiful.

And I still don't need it.  

If Howard calls back with a deal, I'll probably fall for it.  Otherwise, I'm going to hold off a little while longer...  maybe.

Swim class was good and my drawing class was, too.  I was not as enthusiastic about going to drawing class this week as I was last.  I'd lost the mojo.  BUT, I got it back in class so all's good.  I'm still on the fence, however, about signing up for more after this class is done.  Maybe, maybe not.

I'm starving now. And there is nothing interesting here for lunch. Sigh.

If the drawing class loses its luster, perhaps adding it to your weekly schedule as something to sit down and do on your own would be good. You could make it a 'weekly drawing picture' special like the daily basket pictures. :-)

I thought about buying the Note II but settled on the Galaxy S3 because I thought the note was strangely large.

actually, the main reason i went into the store was to prove to myself it was too big to be practical... oops backfine!
