President's Day Laundry

susandennisIt's time. There is no more room in the hamper and I am wearing socks that really need to go to Goodwill. One of the many upsides of living alone is that you do not have to do anyone else's laundry. One of the downsides is that no one ever does yours!
One of the many delights of my new phone is it's battery... it just keeps going and going and going... I did not plug it in last night just to see what would happen. What happened is that it has now been running on battery alone for 24 hours and still has 43% of the battery left to go. Fucking amazing.
I also just discovered that my audible.com app listens to other devices. I'd been listening to a book on my old phone but decided I wanted to finish it on the new one which has a much better speaker. So I checked my bookmark on the old phone and fired up the new one and got a Kindle-ly message asking if I wanted to resume where I stopped last night on another device. Yes, please!
Outside of multiple laundry loads, I've got nothing going on today. There is no where I really need and/or want to go. No movies I want to see. I do have bears to knit and TiVo has hours of watching pleasure lined up and waiting. So I'm good. And I'd better get started!
