Some asshat compromised my Discover Card... Again.  Fuck.  That Discover Card is my lifeline.  They are sending me a new one via 2nd day air but until I get it and then get a new online userid and password, I'm SOL.  Plus, now I have to go to all of my accounts - again - and reset up the card.  Hell some of them still have the account from the last time this happened and I never got around to changing it.  Fuckity fuck fuck fuck.

What a pain in the ass.

Ouch.

I would never use Discover. A while back, I got a Discover card and transferred some money out of it... and it took them five months to admit that they hadn't actually sent me the money (but were charging me interest anyway). They sent it to the wrong country.

Have you used that card at Knitpicks? They had an accidental disclosure and tried to cover it up. Lots of knitters are out a lot of money and have a ton of hassle because of that one.

wow i had not heard that - i'm so sorry for knitpicks and their customers. but, no i've never bought from them - their stuff's too expensive for me :)
