I finally tried a bucket full of possible userids on the usps site and found one they liked. Stamps ordered. I really don't give a shit any more, I just refused to be defeated by their process. I have yet to hear from the email I sent asking for help.

Today is purge the cupboard day. I'm going to pull everything out, cull out the junk and put only the necessities that have been purchased in this decade back, and toss the rest.
