Tonight, I'm watching TV and Zoe is out of sight and Betty goes into the living room litter box and then comes out, walks, 8 inches and poops on the carpet.  Nice and solid and easy to pick up, and on the mat, not the real carpet but still.  WTF?

I gave her about a quarter cup of the new dry food tonight which she gobbled up - even leaving some of her canned food.  She generally likes to throw up about 4 am.  I'll know tomorrow morning if she gets any more of that.

I wish I knew how to fix this pooping thing.

Zoe is spending her first night with the door open.  She seems pretty comfortable roaming round.  Should be interesting.

God, i really hate it when cats won't poop in the litter pan consistently. Especially when you've done everything right and had her vet checked, clean your litter well, and do all the other myriad of things to get her to do it right.

I'm starting to think she's just doing it to be a bitch.
