So... What did you do today, Susan?

Well, actually, I didn't do all of these today. I finished the pink one while watching mindless TV. This lineup makes me smile. I have eyes and noses to make 2 more and then, if my special order doesn't come in, I'm in eye/nose trouble.

My TV is acting up. It has always had sound problems. Especially while I'm watching a recording of shows on BBC America or PBS, the sound will stop. I have to unplug it and then plug it back in to get the sound back. It really only happens on weekends after the TV has been on for a long time. This afternoon it happened twice and just now, watching NBC live, the sound went down to a whisper. This time I got it back by just turning it off and turning it back on.

Mom just called. She hardly ever calls - usually only if she has a computer problem. This time she said that she just wanted to say good night. ??? She sounded pretty much like she did this morning. Ok but a little foggy. Strange.

Time to find something for dinner.

Thanks! They are the perfect summer knitting project. I just hope I can score enough eyes and noses to last the summer. I could embroider them myself, I guess, but these that I found are very cute - the eyes wiggle.

What a darling crew!

What do Jake and Betty think of them..anything much?

My Joey (the little Peke Boy dog) would adore them. He's got about 4 little stuffed animals..and knows each by name...that he naps with. If I tell him to go and get
Pinkie, or Grady or Whitey or "Bunny Special Way" (that one sings some little song "Special Way" when you push it's belly) he runs to get in to play fetch.

Silly dog has no use for balls, but he loves stuffed animals.

If I see some at a yard sale, or reduced price somewhere...I grab a couple to bring out later.

Those are really cute..and much too nice to be grabbed, shaken and hidden in a corner to play with later.

Very flattering but I'm sorry, I'm not going to sell them. I'm working on a donation plan. Plus, they aren't really suitable for babies... They eyes and noses are not the 'safety' kind. They are more the 'these could get chewed off and swallowed and choke someone' kind.
