Getting there on time
May. 13th, 2013 07:16 amMy calendar integrity skills have deteriorated from lack of use. Especially first thing in the morning. I have an 8:45 appointment at my doctor's. I need to leave here by 8:15 which means I need to be out of the shower by 8 which needs I need to be out of bed by 7:45.
That will give me enough padding that I'll probably get there too early but it gets worse. I set the alarm for 6:30 and it went off at 6 and I got up and fed the cats and then checked the computer and paid my Discover bill and futzed and now it's still only 7:15.
Even building in time to give Betty second helpings on her breakfast and scoop out both litter boxes. I'm ahead of the game.
I'm hungry but I think I'll hold off, in case they actually do want more fasting pee. I will treat myself at the bakery/coffee shop on the first floor of the doctor's office building after my appointment.
