all's quiet now

susandennisI've never been 100% comfortable hanging out while Anita works so hard. But I'm going to have to get better at planning other things to do. This morning I thought UPS guy had not picked up the coffee pot return so I figured I'd take it myself on the way to swimming. I got all suited up and went down to get it out of the package closet and it was gone. It's not showing up yet on the UPS site (as being in route) but hopefully it will soon.
So, I just decided to go to the pool and do some laps. Which I did. 30 minutes of laps then 15 minutes of just fucking around with people who were early to class then 45 minutes of class. I was pretty pickled by the time I finally got out and I was starving. I came home and at and waited for Anita to finish up. She finally did - about 2:45 and now we're chillin'.
Betty stayed near or under her feet all day long. Zoey just wandered around trying to figure out what was happening. She pooped out on the terrace and just seemed stressed. Now she's wandering around like she's trying to make sure everything is back the way it should be.
And I'm beat. I think it's time to put my feet up and knit some bear.
