Cats and swim ... the usual

susandennisI spent a fair amount of time today looking up sites and videos about proper swimming technique and swimming workout plans. I learned a lot - not the least of which was that what Alvan told me and designed out for me is right up there with what most places recommend!! And that both lap swimming and aqua aerobics are two of the most productive fitness activities you can do. Imagine that... I'm doing it right!
Hilariously now, all the ads on every website I visit all show swimming and swimming related stuff. It's cracking me up but also I love it. I like the icy blue spot of color in my ad streams. Beats the hell of out refrigerators I don't want!
Finally the cat spell is broken. Zoey threw up - last night I think. It was very easy to clean up so no biggie. Cats do that. I'm still amazed at Betty.
She did abandon her dinner tonight to hop on the counter and walk right up to Zoey who was eating hers and just pushed Zoey away! I may try feeding both of them their wet food on the counter and just taking the dishes away when they stop eating. I don't want Zoey to get shafted.
As predicted, Oakland whipped the shit out of the Mariners. And balance of the universe was, once again, restored.
