He used intelligence and technology, I'd have resorted to physical intimidation and "bring me your manager". Mostly I'm too agressive to let my mind get a word in edgewise in situations like that.

It's amazing that people still try to prey on the ignorance of others to allow them to get away with substandard work.

That's why I have slowly decided not to get a mini. I think they are cute, but just not practical.

...and the Mini sagas continue...for some. I figure I've done my time...been dealing with Mini issues since 2002. I've loved it, and now I'm leavin' it! And would you believe that they didn't have time to fit looking at it into their schedule this week?! Monday, if I'm lucky. They are making it so easy for me....!
