susandennisOn Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I swim early. I generally finish up about 7:30-7:40. I take my time getting a shower. I get dressed, go to the car, and drive home. Sometimes the traffic is better than others. But, there are about a million variables driving what time I actually get home. For instance today, once I got to the building I saw my unit number on the package list so I stopped and got the package out of the package cupboard.
When I come in the door and walk by the bedroom, I always glance at the clock and for the third time this week, it has said 8:03. Exactly! If I tried to time it to get here at 8:03, I'd never make it but, by accident or by divine intervention, I hit the trifecta!
I have discovered an interesting feechur of my phone. People who call me can barely hear me. When I call out, I have zero problems with people being able to hear me but incoming calls are apparently a problem. Actually, not a problem for me since I don't want to talk on the phone. So don't call me cause, you won't be able to hear me anyway.
I'm probably going to get the new Nexus 5 phone - when it comes out, hopefully this month. So I'm not worried that people can't hear this one.
A while back my financial adviser wanted to sell my Google shares. They were about $800 a pop then. I said 'wah wah wah I love Google!'. He said 'Time to let go and sell.' I relented. Today those suckers hit $1,000. Sigh. He's made me a ton o' money over the years so I can't begrudge him this one but still.... wah wah wah.
