A different Saturday

For several years I've gone up to the Meadowbrook pool which is north of the city.  I've either done laps and an aqua aerobics class or just the class.  Today, I'm changing it up.  I'm going to my regular pool - way closer to here - no class, just laps.  The classes have just lost their allure for me.  I do 2,000 yards - 80 lengths, 40 laps.  It takes me about an hour and it's not dependent on an instructor.

I did classes for several years and they were fun, but I dropped one and then the other in favor of laps. Finally I was down to one on Saturday mornings - mainly because I loved the instructor.  But, I think I'm going to go to all laps and see how that goes.

After my swim, I'm off to find breakfast and then I'm going to meet a guy for coffee.  The guy, Gary, is the one who taught me how to build web pages 20 years ago.  I'm pretty sure we have actually never met face to face.  He found me a couple of weeks ago online and we made the coffee date.

No particular plans after that...
