Saturday redeux

susandennisThis morning's swim was just perfection. It was peaceful and stress free and not crowded at all. I think my Saturday routine has just changed to my closer pool from 8:30-9:30. It was just perfect.
After the swim, I went over to Ballard to meet my long lost buddy Gary for coffee. We were supposed to meet last Saturday but he canceled on Friday night. So we moved to today. The coffee shop is a block from Hattie's which is a fun breakfast place so I had breakfast first. I got to the coffee shop early but 20 minutes after we were to meet, no Gary. So I sent him an email and headed home with a stop at the grocery store. Turns out, he forgot. At least he was honest about it!
I'm listening to a new podcast I've found and enjoying, charging up my swimming music players and just futzing around. I have knitting and TiVo and nothing that I absolutely have to do. My kind of day!
