Not a fail but not brilliant either
Dec. 17th, 2013 05:24 pmThe 2 TB drive is now in my computer. I moved Dropbox to it and it was happy as a clam. I moved Google Drive to it and it was cranky as an old lady in a nursing home. I think I finally have it going. It's about 65GB (as opposed to DropBox's 2) so it will be a while.
I got the Logitech internet radio software to run without error. But the damn thing is so slow to 'talk' to the android apps that it works almost half the time. Really frustrating.
I did remember to charge up and change out some songs on the Shuffle so it's ready for tomorrow morning's swim. The soundbar is packed up and waiting by the front door.
The potatoes (premade cheesy hasbrowns from the grocery) that I pulled out for dinner had a nice little patch of mold on them. Ugh. The use by date was mid October. Picky picky. I scooped out the mold and tossed it, divided the rest into ramikins. One is in the oven and the other two are in the freezer. I pulled out a frozen pork chop to cook with the potatoes and dropped it twice before I got it into the oven.
It's just been that kind of day. But, now I think all of the ohfucks are done for the day. I'm actually counting on that.
