And now I have conquered re-heating pizza
Jan. 1st, 2014 07:11 pmI sprayed the bottom of my large frying pan with PAM and then set three slices on top of the PAM and cooked it (covered) on 3 on my induction cooktop thingie while I got the oven broiler going. After about 5 minutes, I took off the cover and stuck the pan under the broiler for another 4 minutes. PERFECT! Heated nicely and crunchy crust. I am proud.
I made lists. And then put all these items on my calendar.
At the risk of sounding curmudgeon-y and not to make light of those who enjoyed theirs bunches, but I'm ready for the holidays to be over.

- cancel hbo and showtime in Jan.
- make max contribution to health savings account for tax purposes in February
- note when real estate tax bill comes in february, that hsa money will cover so don't pay
- call to get it all out in March ($50 fee waived if reason is medicare which it will be)
