Well, as you surely know, a lady never discusses her innards...
But, I'm not sure bears have the same rules so here... This is the drawer next to my knitting chair...just for you:
It's polyester fiber fill. I get it by the 10 pound package. The yarn I use is machine washable and this stuff is impervious to machine washing. This makes all the bears look exactly the same as when they went into the washer/dryer... except cleaner!
