Bedtime stories
Jul. 15th, 2005 09:42 amMy usual routine is to get into bed - cat on each side of me - and read until 10 p.m. (I am not applying for the position of Night Time Partay Animal.)
At 10 p.m. I turn on the local news. I usually turn to our Fox news station because I will have caught the other local stations' news during the 5-7 hours and I'm only going to be awake for the first couple of stories anyway.
Plus. I can count it towards my open mindedness quotient. I can say, in all honesty, that I do hear what Fox News has to offer.
And last night I got my money's worth.
The lead story was about a local (well, King County) guy who died as a result of injuries sustained while having sex with a horse. Yes, folks. And the reporter when on to explain that the event took place at a farm that specializes in providing animals specifically for sex with humans. Which, as it turns out, is not illegal in Washington state. I did not know that.
Just now I went out to find a picture for this entry and this popped up when I searched Google Images using the term "Fox News". It was just too funny not to use.

Interesting -- I didn't hear about that story until I looked at the Seattle Times website and found the story (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2002382718_horse15m.html).
I didn't know bestiality was not illegal in Washington State either. Not sure what to think of that information . . .

Totally! And not only that, but how a person sustains fatal injuries while doing it with a horse!
Icky poo!
