Bed Postscript

susandennisLast Friday night after the guy called to tell me the bed was ready for delivery. I sent a note to Matt the sales guy and Jackie the store manager asking for Monday delivery. Matt sent an email over the weekend and made the arrangements. And the bed was, of course, delivered on Monday.
Just now I got an email from Jackie apologizing saying she was out of the office and did not see the email and that the truck was full on Monday so couldn't make the delivery. Guess that's why the second mattress cover she offered to gift me was not delivered.
I think that store has some serious issues. I'm ever so grateful that they are no longer my issues.
