My new Whine

susandennisI have, fairly successfully, weened myself off of bitching about grammar errors - online, in print, on TV. I've let it go to both save my sanity and because I think bitching about it has turned into a rather holier than thou stance. I'm better than you because I'm smart enough to know you are fucking up the rules. Turns out, that is not true. I am not better.
But, what I have not been able to shake is bitching about people, who routinely write with grammatical errors AND bitch that everyone else pays no attention to grammar rules.
If you are going to bitch about the errors others make with the English language, you'd be wise to start correcting those you routinely make yourself!
Ok, now maybe I can let the whole thing go and quit whining about all of it!

But, I think, more importantly, I should just shut up about them and focus on fixing me!
