I had the worst time in the world getting to sleep last night.  I don't know if it was physical or psychological. I felt like COPD was attacking again.  But, this morning, I think it was just an aberration. Once I finally did get to sleep, I slept fine and this morning, I feel ok and seem to be breathing fine. So maybe it was just old age saying 'ha! we've gotcha now!!' It's been weeks or even more since I've had a COPD attack, I'd like to go a few weeks more if it's all the same...

This morning will be swimming at 8:30 when the pool opens and then I think I'm going go back to Stopsky's Deli for breakfast. It's across the lake on Mercer Island and avoids all the road closures around here. I can have a delicious and lovely breakfast and then go to Albertsons. We don't have many Albertsons left around here and they will soon be Safeway'd so while they are still a little different, it's nice to shop at a large grocery that is a little different.

Oh and gas, I need to stop somewhere and get gas. I have getting gas but that damn car seems to run out at east once every six weeks or so!

There's a soccer game in the stadium across the street tonight so I doubt I'll be venturing out after I get the groceries put away - I think I'll leave the 'hood to the fans.

Well, I have a very small car and I really only use it to go the 2 miles to the pool every day so even my tiny tank gets me a lot of places between gas station stops.
