I'm taking the rest of the day off...

susandennisI have been productive enough today.
I made up the window seat complete with top and bottom sheet and quilt and then the bedspread. This is not an easy bed to make up since I can't reach the far side. BUT, since I got cheap on the mattress, it's very light weight and I can actually lift it out and tuck in everything and pop it back in. Works great.
I moved a bunch of stuff into the big headboard hole - left over paint and some other stuff that I don't expect to need access to much. Then I dug out the books I wanted for the top, found a lamp and a clock and it is done. Well, of course, not quite... There's two old boxes up at the top that are part of an alarm system that was never used. I finally convinced Sheri that we need to yank 'em out and finish up the wall so it's pretty. So, that's left to do. But, otherwise, it's looking good.
Load #2 of laundry is laundrying and load #1 is drying.
I paid all the bills and caught my Money software up to date.
I took a shower and washed my hair.
The Mariners loss is postponed on account of weather - at least according to the little icon in the corner of the screen.
The rest of the day is mine to squander. I've earned it. Ahhhhhh
