The first time I encountered ontrac was a nightmare. I had to call them repeatedly. First they told me they would try to deliver again because they didn't have a gate code....I don't know where the driver was but, I live in a cul-de-sac not a gated community. Then the driver and company lost track of the package for three days and told me I needed to get amazon to send a replacement. I'm sure you know what it is like to talk to customer service reps are hard to understand that won't deviate from "script" to answer your questions. The replacement for one item was now reordered. As soon as that occurred I called ontrac to let them know this and they had just found my lost package!!!! I told them forget it since it's been who knows where sitting in the phoenix sun. After that I haven't had trouble since and expecting something today.

On another note if it's not our regular ups or mail carrier they refuse to ring the bell!!!
