This morning as I was waking up, I discovered a back pain. As I lay flat, the pain would shoot through my left side just below my waist in the back. Not as pleasant as one might think. It does not seem to hurt more with movement - standing, sitting, walking... it's about the same as lying flat and still.

I will take some ibuprofen but I want to monitor it for a bit first so I know more.

It's 8 am now. Tomorrow will probably be a home-all-day day. So today I want to go out and do something. The two choices are brunch at that French place I've been wanting to try at 10:30 or swimming at noon. I think brunch is winning.

Today is the last day of lessons at the pool which means in addition to a million kids in the small teaching pool, their parents will be there, too and, since it's chilly out, likely the lanes in the lap pool will be full, too.

The French place is on the edge of a nice, sidewalked flat neighborhood. I may go early and take a nice, slow walk for a while and see if that will make my back happier.

So... that's the plan. I think I'll spend the next couple of hours with my audio book.

haha IF it continues, it might be? you mean right now it's something that could turn into kidney stones? what if it's kidney stones right now? (sorry, chain jerking there)

I actually didn't think women got kidney stones but google says I'm wrong. So you may be grammatically off but content-ally spot on. I do hope it's not but nice to be aware of the possibilities.
