Yep, Summer's gone

I just closed the door to the terrace because it was getting too chilly in here.  First time since last Spring. Lovely.  I keep an indoor/outdoor themostate next to my chair so I can tell, for sure, if it's really too cold or too hot or if it's my imagination.  Just now, it said that it was 72 degrees in here.  Not really too cold but a little chilly when I have on a thin-ish t-shirt and no socks.  It's already risen a degree and I'll probaby open it up again here pretty soon.

I had an ok outting. I did remember to get gas and paid less for it than I have in years it seems. I only get gas about once a quarter and it always seems to be just when the price has spiked.  But, today, not so bad...

I got yarn - not bear yarn, Susan yarn - a few different skeins. I want to try some different crochet stuff in between my bears and hexagons. I went to two different Walmart stores and bought exactly nothing. That's the first time that has ever happened I think. The Daiso store I found online has not opened yet but it looks like it's going to be a nice one.

Now I'm home and walked out. I think I actually may be coming down with a little cold or something. There may be a nap.

Last night I closed my kitchen window for the first time in months! My feet got cold around 8pm, even with a blanket. I love fall.

Gas prices seem to have been coming down steadily for the last couple of months.

I got yarn - not bear yarn, Susan yarn

So now we can look forward to a couple dozen new Susans every month?
