These chairs showed up off to the side of a photo on something else about something else so I can't even get better photos but I love them!  I have two dining chairs that are much the same style and have slip covers (IKEA).  I think I have a new project....

The fabric reminds me of the designer Sue Zipkin. I used a lot of her fabric for curtains at my cottage in Maine. (Lest I sound more proficient than I am, my sole use of a sewing machine is to sew curtains when I decorate someplace once every fifteen years or so.)

I actually am not sure I'd pick those fabrics - well, some of them... I do have a thing about quilting prints and we have a fabulous fabric outlet store a mile from here that has a whole room of cotton quilt fabric that I drool over. I never quilt but do drool....

My current thought is to maybe piece right onto the current slipcover - maybe.

I'm not close to actually doing this, I don't think... but maybe. The curse of the retired - no good excuse not to!
