Printer update...

New (reconditioned, actually) printer will be here Thursday. The Techforless guy just sent me a UPS label to send the old one back. Since I have to have a printer to print the UPS label to send the printer back...

But, I'm at work and used the printer here. So, looks like next weekend will be another printer weekend. I'd really really really like for it to work this time. Really.

I don't do that much printing or scanning at home but I sure need to be able to do it. Plus I have a baby picture of Jake that I wanted a jpg of a couple of weeks ago (which is what started this whole frestuche to begin with) and it's still sitting on my desk waiting for a scan...

And... Speaking of festuche. I noticed that since I turned off the search robot option for this journal, there aren't nearly as many hits on the word when you Google it. The first one points back to here from a library journal and then there are the usual Italian hits and then there are two hits that demonstrate correct use of the word! Maybe it's having a bit of a revival!

I have a pen but it doesn't know how to draw a pre-paid scannable UPS label. It's a very untalented pen. All it wants to do is scribble on bathroom stalls.

(I thought you said they were sending you a UPS label -- then you mean "send" as in "email"?)

Yeah, I did ... I was not very clear there. They sent a link in email to a label all ready to print. Very handy really.
