Ok, so how embarrassing is this? I got a very kind note from the dental insurance lady saying that their bank shows the transaction as a deposit - a refund. Would I please make sure it was a debit and let her know right away so she can get back with her back and fix it?

Of course, it was a DEPOST amount! When you eat crow do you have to eat the feathers, too?
