Dry Dock

No more swimming until Friday. I brought my whole swim bag in for drying out, washing and organizing. I usually just bring in my towel and wet suit and leave the rest in the car. So I'll get that all cleaned up and sorted.

I have other mundane household things I want to get done today. Yesterday I found a website with a bunch of episodes of the Great British Sewing Bee. I am oddly addicted to this little show. I have a fair number of now available episodes that I haven't seen. The Great British Bake Off is coming to PBS in January. I'm not as interested in it but will certainly watch.

I took 24 hours off yesterday from teddy bear knitting to work on other knitting. I have a couple of non-teddy projects I want to do. They are mainly new (to me) techniques that I want to try/master. I think maybe I'll take one day a week from the bear factory and use it to do this other stuff. I'm pretty sure I can maintain bear production numbers with this scheme.

Just love that show.... I'm not great at sewing myself, but that show has me hooked :-)

We don't get it here so I have to slurp it off of whatever website has it uploaded... usually only for a few days before someone yanks it down. But it is a great show.
