As I went to sleep last night I could easily hear the screams and yells of football fans. And this morning, not a creature is stirring. It's a little freaky.

Today would be a perfect day to go to brunch. I'm sure there would be no wait for a table. But, there really isn't any place I'm dying to go and I have plenty of brunch fodder here and a new stove to cook it on and no shower required. So... here it will be.

And then more work on my Between the Bears project. I got another idea last night that I want to try. The idea is to get a project going that I don't have to think about. But getting it going takes lots of thinking.

I am going to deliver bears this week. Maybe Wednesday. The new delivery scheme isn't quite as nice and easy as the old. I hope that gets fixed this time.

Also this week are Chef Anita and the housecleaner. Busy busy in the land of that is generally event-free-by-choice.

We stopped by Lowe's in Monroe last night and were at first a bit puzzled to find the parking lot completely empty at 6pm on a Saturday... and then it hit me. Oh yeah, the game! The store was eerily empty. Probably the best time to go out shopping!

I went to Costco during the last game. Easy in an out of my garage (which was a shock) but even better at Costco. The only hiccough was getting past the TV area which was pretty packed. The rest of the store, including checkout, was all mine.

Since the Seahawk won last night you have another game to contend with next week. After that you should be good for a few months. :)
