Evening version of this and that

machupicchu's cable is out and he went all the way down the street to log on and no one had any updates. I so get what a bummer that would be. I'm so sorry - she says way too belatedly not to mention redundantly.
This weekend, I'm going to gather all of my sewing stuff - including sewing machine and iron and steamer - all in one place in the cabinet under the TV. If there is any room left, I'll use it for knitting utensils. Then the cabinet in the mid hallway will be linens and office supply overflow. Lightbulbs and batteries will go into the one by the front door. Bags and laundry stuff will go in the one in the fish room. This will leave me with room in all those places and lots of room in the bedroom closet.
I need to then get some drawers or boxes for the other cabinet on the terrace so I can get the extension cords and cables and other bits and parts and pieces in order and in a way that I can get to them.
The air conditioner is definitely getting put away this weekend and I need to find a place to put the step ladder. Maybe I can figure out how to fit it under the bed with the card table chairs.
My aim is to get all of this done and the printer installed tomorrow, stop at Fred Meyers to polish off the PBWiki list on the way to Kieran and Alans for dinner and then take Sunday and Monday off. 6 Feet Under and baseball and teddy bears.
