susandennisOne of my LJ friends in England - in a locked entry (so I stripped the facts) - reported her son's report on his school day:
From son (age 12) after History today ...
' I know why there is fighting in Northern Ireland'
Husband : 'Why?'
Son: ' Well, there are Catholics and there are ...um ...it sounds like prostitutes'
And I bet he did it in one of those really cool British accents, too. I hope his class gets to the Middle East and soon - I need some clarification there, too.
