The Shine arrived and so far... I'm liking it better. It's way more solid in the wrist strap than the Flash was and has different action (tap instead of press). It's a little heavier but also feels a little more solid. I'm sure time will tell on this experiment.

But, the BIG NEWS!!!! is that I think we have a tenant in the big apartment across the street. This is the one that the fun bear couple moved out of last month. One young dude is wandering around trying light switches and window shades (careful there, dude, not too much shade action if you please)... And he just bought in a bag of groceries. Yeah! It's been so bleak over there for the past month.

I did do my 20 minutes of walking. I did stop once but only to check and make sure I was 10 minutes out. I still can't seem to get enough air in when I breathe through my nose. I try but fail. And I was running short of all air by the time I got home but I did it. So. Better than not!

Bear couple? I'm curious now... not curious enough to go back through several months of posts, as you're quite prolific in posting, but curious enough to ask. :-D

Ah, wondered if that was it. Have a number of friends involved in the culture... but it isn't particularly widely known, so.

Was also picturing a roly-poly russian couple with possibly grumpy mannerisms. :-)

Breathing through Nose

I think I remember that you have used Breath-Rite Strips in the past. I have used them during the day whenever I have congestion in my nasal area. Perhaps you could try using them on your walks to facilitate the air flow from the nose to the lungs. Good on ya for sticking to the walking routine. I need to do that myself. Stay safe and warm. Way to go on the walking. You inspire to get out and do it too. Very interesting, the "bear" thing.. had no idea. Maybe I really should get out more :)

I should really walk more. Now that the weather seems to be coming around to the notion of spring around here, I'll try to get more walking in. Breathing is fine for me, but carrying my significant pooch wreaks havoc on my lower back.
