Hopefully, the last 'she's better' entry

It occurred to me yesterday that when I reswizzled the living room furniture last week, I moved Zoey's access to the computer bed to maybe out of her reach. But, she wasn't hoping up on anything so I didn't know for sure. And then the other night I really did wonder if it mattered. If she's maybe hopped her last hop.

But, tonight, she got on the back of the chair and even in it's new position, she was easily able to get up there. She watched a lot of the Mariner game from up there. Now she's gone out on the terrace to see if those crows who were laughing at her this afternoon are back. I really am so relieved.

And in other miraculous things, the Mariners have a 5 run lead in the 7th and they actually won last night. Pigs must be flying somewhere.

Good news on Zoey. And on the Mariners, for that matter. Could you send some of those flying pigs to Boston (or, actually, Toronto and Oakland), please?

The pigs turned out to be Oakland. They worked hard for 9 innings to give us the win. Really, it was amazing. Here's hoping they keep it up for one more game.

It looks like your track record is matching ours. At the end of next week, we'll be vying for which team sucks the most! ARUGH!!

Well,,Oakland is the Sox' next stop. Then there's next weekend when they visit your neighborhood . Somebody has to win those games.

That computer bed is awesome! I don't know how you do it -- I've never been able to convince a cat to use its own bed, not when mine is so tempting...

Funny. I've always had a thing for cat beds and all of my cats have used them. I never actually thought about it. But, really, Zoey is the best at it. She has 3 and divides her time. This photo pointed out to me that the pillows in the computer monitor could use a wash. Ugh.

Maybe the Mariners losing affected her mood, and now that they're winning, she's better. You'll have to keep an eye on her next time they lose.

...I have no idea. Cat moods are so weird.

Wow, I missed all the cat drama, but I'm glad she's well now,and hope she stays well. :)
