Last night I dreamed that a different masseuse erased the damage that the one this week inflicted. Guess I'm not quite healed. Much of my back is still tender to the touch but I can roll my shoulders and flex my back without much pain. And I was able to sleep without ibuprofen so I think there is hope.

I'm off now to swim. There may or may not be breakfasting after. I'm going to play it by ear. The baseball team is still out of town so getting home past the stadium won't be an issue.
