susandennisThe Church in Charleston, SC that is the site of today's shooting is a couple of blocks from my parents' house. On a Friday night, they would have been out walking home from a concert or the theater or dinner or a neighbor's... and may well have walked right by there.
Of course, they moved out of that house in 1998 and they've both been dead for more than a decade but still.... creepy to see their neighborhood in twitter photos of 'shooting scene'.
