The annual First Sock Day of Winter. Yep. My crocks now have their winter plugin. And tonight my bed gets the duvet which has been taking up space in the closet all summer. My time of year. Ahhhhh....

Oh and last night's TV perusals included Just Legal. It's got Miami Vice Guy who is, probably not surprisingly, WAY older. I'm not going to delete its season pass yet but only because I have Tivo room and I could get desperate. I also watched the season premiere of L&O SVU. And, while in TV news, I forgot to mention that the really annoying guy who was NOT Ken Jennings but won a lot of games FINALLY got his ass kicked earlier this week. Whew. He was really getting on my nerves.

I actually do think of that sometimes when a car comes close to clipping me in an intersection. I flash right to the law suit where my attorney is saying 'how in the hell could you NOT have seen these DayGlow pink (or orange or yellow - depends on the day) shoes she was wearing!!' (Yeah, one too many L&O shows.)

You didn't do E-Ring? We watched it, and haven't deleted our season pass yet, but I suspect we will pretty soon, if it doesn't get a whole lot better.

Nope didn't get to it yet. I was running a day behind but now I'm about two days. It's always hard the first couple of weeks with baseball still going on. Even playing teams that suck worse than we do (Toronto) can't be ignored.

Of course we have the advantage that we tend to stay up later than you do, so we can still watch a one-hour (really about 44-minute) program after a game, if the game doesn't go lots of extra innings. And we get tonight off, so we can get even more caught up.

Toronto is politely requested to cease sucking for the next three days, and then to start again, immediately.

Ah, yep it's fast becoming "Crocs with Sox" season! I am resisting though, and I'm still going barefoot in mine (dark blue). Probably only for another week or so, before it starts getting colder here.
