Last night the Mariners crushed the notverygood Oakland A's. Friday night and today, they are beating us. Seattle baseball has lost its ability to delight. For sure.
My swim this morning was excellent. I was kind of surprised. There were 2 swimmers getting out when I got in and 1 in each of the other lanes. For much of my swim there were swimmers in the other lanes. So far, however, I can still count on one hand the number of times I've had to share a lane.
My Misfit Shine is fucking with me. 3 dots was a mile. Today, I started with 1 dot as usual and didn't get out until there were 4 dots. Still a mile and a few fewer points than yesterday. Oh well. At least I know not to count on it.
I toyed with the idea of stopping for breakfast afterwards but I drove by my first choice and there was no good parking so I just came on home and made myself a very excellent breakfast. I do need to get some eggs pretty soon.
Tonight I'm trying out some Trader Joe's shrimps. As with all their stuff, I will either like it a whole lot or not at all. Such is me and T Joe.
