This morning I was a good 10 minutes or so from the time I had agreed with myself to stop swimming when I noticed that my upper body - shoulders and neck and muscles that run along the side of my chest - was getting tired. Weird sensation that I rarely feel. I think I don't feel it because I run out of breath long before I can work hard enough to make anything tired. But, I didn't swim harder or faster today so just weird. I powered through and kept on going until my promised time but weird.

I also came home and made myself a very late, by the time, breakfast and it was good. I was hungry and then I was full and I haven't been snacking nearly as much as usual this afternoon.

After having done it now for nearly two weeks, I'm finding this whole listening to TV via bluetooth headphone to be a spectacular success. The transmitter I finally landed with is the trick. I have two bluetooth ear pieces. A headphone that pipes into both ears and another that is a one piece that just pops into my ear. The transmitter stays plugged into the headphone jack and a USB port always ready.

When I want to hear the TV I just pick up the headphones or the little one piece, turn it on and BAM, I got sound. It's very handy and very good. No noise in the house and, yet, I can hear the TV really really clearly. I still get a little freaked at some of the distinctly stereo. Momentarily, I feel like I should turn my head and see who's there behind my shoulder.

The only downside is that neither toilet is in bluetooth range. So when I go to pee, the headsets get all freaked out about being out of range. Not a big deal.

While swimming this morning and thinking about things, I realized that I could now sell one of my internet radios. So this afternoon, I posted the red one for sale on Amazon. There are only a handful for sale because they quit making them years ago. I listed it for $350 which is $40 less than the next next highest price. I'll be shocked if it sells at that price, but really, pleasantly shocked.
