Oh this stuff is SOOOOOO much better than that shedding blanket. Wow. I also, this time, got some quilting pins which are way longer than normal pins. They will be more helpful when I piece the seams for sewing.

Since the fabric is so much nicer and I have enough, I decided to make the long jacket instead of the short one. I think I'm on track now.
