Hello Susan, my hands also cramp especially when I try to do small work like cleaning my glasses or writing. It gets very painful, and can last from a minute to 5-6 minutes. I have tried all I can think of but it seems the hands have to go their own course. Not sure what the cause is but I can do without it! I enjoy you Journal. Best wishes.
