Today I have more things on my list that are not checked off than ones that are.  But, I have the luxury of not giving a shit.  I am very lucky. 

I did make two TV discoveries today.  1.  I now have Logo TV (and why do I keep wanting to call it Lego TV?).  Very interesting.  and 2.  One of my secret pleasures is Crafters Coast to Coast on HGTV.  Only today I find out it morphed into That's Clever and no one told me.  I hate when I miss important shit like that.  TiVo has been advised.

The Yankees are in the playoffs so now I have a baseball playoff goal - Defeat The Yankees.  Only don't tell Mom.  She loves Joe Torre in a way that is nearly creepy.  She says of the Mariners - at least they can lose in obscurity.  Poor Joe has to do it with the nation watching.  Somehow, Mom, I'm not getting a lot of comfort out of that.

Thanks, he's one of my favorites. I just gather here and there. Whenever/wherever I find stuff, I grab it and save it to be used later. A lot of them are at http://pics.livejournal.com/susandennis/gallery/00005r4x ... I think the mouse came from one of my Mom's eamils. She uses http://www.smileycentral.com/ to add eye candy to her emails and when she hits a good one, I just nab it.

The Yankees were really supposed to miss the playoffs this year, but having them be the wildcard would have been acceptable -- barely. If anyone needed proof of the nonexistence of a benevolent and/or competent deity it would be the fact that the Yankees and the Braves both won their divisions yet again.

If Joe Torre doesn't want the attention, he knows where the door is.
