Micah just called about the leak. They have to set up two dehumidifiers and drill a hole in my wall to drain stuff. He wanted to know when was a good time. Whenever, dude. I did remember to swing the one webcam around. And shortly after he called...

I didn't get a lot of detail. He said that the dehumidifiers had to run a couple of days and that they wanted to get at it fast to prevent mold. That sounds like a good thing.

Micah's a very good guy in a very hard job. Condo owners, as a group, are not the nicest people on the planet. They are generally impatient, entitled, mean, snotty and generally not nice. The building manager has to put up with the worst of the worst every day - pretty much all day. Our first building manager was a grade a asshole who had the job for about 8 years and then retired. Then we went through about 7 different mangers in about 3 years until we finally found Micah. I hope we get to keep him for a long time.

Looks like the picture was an initial look-see. No sign of the guys since then. Hmmmm....
