Just what I needed
Oct. 19th, 2015 01:38 pmI needed a better way to prop up my big tablet so I made this:

The fabric is a kids pajama shirt I picked up at Goodwill because well purple and monkeys! It's stuffed with the batting from the ironing mat I disassembled last week and weighted down with some old aquarium rocks I found when I was looking for something else.
It's exactly what I needed at the angle is perfect for what I wanted. I'm way more proud than is warranted.
I think I'll make a smaller one for my phone.

Date: 2015-10-19 10:38 pm (UTC)I found the basket ironing board on Amazon but I actually bought mine from Hayneedle.

I used it a good bit today and realized just how very handy it is to have. I find myself pressing stuff more (actually, I often skipped that step altogether) and so my finished products come out much better.
