susandennisThe suit and the lining are now both cut out and basted together and refitted and rebasted and after another fitting, sewn up. Next up, elastic. I decided to do the leg elastic differently than the armhole and neck elastic and I just basted in the first leg for test and it tested perfectly!!!! Looks nice but, more importantly, feels great. I'm so jazzed.
Break over. Time to do sew in and do leg #2. I may stop after that. I find that if I try to do too much at one time I get rushed and sloppy. I want to be careful and do this right. Plus, I'm enjoying the doing so why not stretch the enjoying out?!
