2 hours to suit and then...
Nov. 11th, 2015 03:38 pmI made the new suit with a little more than 2 hours of work. Just as I finished it, I got a response to a question I posted earlier in the week on Reddit about elastic and it pointed me to a whole new idea... it's a flat stretchy space aged elastic which, of course, I ordered from Amazon.
And speaking of Amazon, I finally did get those shear fur insoles for my old boots and now they are new boots!! So I'm now completely booted for the season.
When I got to manicurist's today, there were two customers in progress who had obviously come in together. High school girls. No school today and one of them was 'meeting a boy' for lunch and so they needed their nails done. After listening to them talk to each other and the manicurist for about 20 minutes I was left so very grateful to be 66 years old and not be a high school girl.
It's time to get my hair cut again. I should have gone today ... maybe tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to pizza for dinner.
