LOL! I love Funeral Potatoes... but haven't had them in ages. It occurs to me, though, that I think I've now got lactose-free options for all the problem ingredients. Might have to give it a try here soon.

Hmmm... I'd forgotten about the condensed cream of chicken soup, although I did just find a recipe for how to make your own that I've been meaning to try (it's actually instructions on making any time of condensed cream of whatever soup... since those all have regular old milk in them, I haven't been able to make recipes that call for them).
