Today's swim was a bit of a slog. I just wasn't that into it which was strange. The new suit worked perfectly though. I have the fabric in house for one more suit and then I really must stop.

I made myself a lovely breakfast of eggs, toast, sausage and tomato. And now I'm procrastinating both cleaning the kitchen and making the bed. (Zoey had buried herself in the covers when it was time to leave for the pool and I didn't have the heart to disturb her.)

I have a ticket to Come From Away at the Seattle Rep this afternoon. I am not a play goer generally. I've never even been to a production at Seattle Rep in the 25 years I've lived here. I have no clue why this one seemed so enticing but after I bought my ticket, they sold out most of the shows and extended the run so I'm thinking it might be good.

I could drive and, likely, find parking but I think I'll take the bus instead. It's actually 2 busses with some walking. It will be a nice little adventure. The play's at 2. Google says I need to leave here at 1:15 so I think I'll head on out about 12:45. That should cover any ooopses. It's cold and windy and rainy. So I need to remember socks and hat.

Ok break time is over. Time to get to work.
