Suckage Epidemic

In SusanDennis Land, when a day sucks, it generally just sucks and sucks and sucks and suck until there isn't anything left of it.

Work was worse than worse today.  So many things were frustrating that I couldn't even list them all.  Then I get home and the order I placed (for more teddy bear stuffing) that was supposed to come 'mid week' still is not here which means now I have go go buy more. 

But, a bill from my insurance company was here.  This is my annual homeowners insurance which I pay - oddly enough - annually.  And I paid it last April.  Here it is again?!  I called the agency. The same agency that has had my business for 13 years.  I have been a perfect customer.  I pay on time.  I've never filed a claim. 

Last May, the condo association passed a bylaw that they be added to our individual policy.  Fine by me.  Makes sense.  I called and requested they be added. 

Today I am told that at the same time I asked for $50,000 worth of structural coverage??!!!  WTF???  Why would I want structural coverage when I pay the condo association for that?  And I know for sure that I did not ask to have my bill doubled.  And what a crock of double talking shit the agency woman handed to me. 

And when a long standing excellent customer calls and politely expresses genuine concern shouldn't you be just a little teensy weensy bit apologetic??   Of course you should, you bitch.

It's a good thing this is Friday.  That's all I gotta say.
