New year, new swim
Jan. 1st, 2016 10:30 amI was the first car in the gym parking garage and my friend, Brodie, was the second. We had a nice chat waiting for them to open the doors and then we had a great swim. I suspect, starting tomorrow, we'll see a month of resolutioners. It's ok. The swim this morning was very very nice.
Nothing was open so I came home for the first breakfast of the new year and it was a good one.
I did see some folks finishing up their parties on the way to the gym at ... 7:30 am. One woman was walking down the street still in her cute dressy mini skirt, bare legs and tall needle heels which, I guess she'd been wearing since sometime last night. My feet hurt just thinking about it.
I've got nothing planned today or this weekend for that matter. I have plenty to knit. Plenty to sew. Plenty to read and watch.
I'm happy to see Frosty out for the new year. He makes me smile.
