susandennisAt the top of the 10pm news last night - BREAKING NEWS, as a matter of fact, was the announcement that one of the Seahawks won't play on Sunday... with.... team coverage. At the halfway point, I realized that I was not going to get any other Seattle news and turned it off.
My appreciation - teeensy to begin with - for professional football and it's inexplicable fandom in Seattle really does diminish as we get closer to the Superbowl. I just don't get it.
The West Seattle Blog just tweeted that between the Seahawks game prep and the lottery ticket selling, local grocery stores are standing room only today. Glad I do not need to go shopping for anything.
